He visto este programa de MMA y me preguntaba si lo considerais incompleto o carente en algún aspecto.

yo pondría entreno contra las rejas o pared y su utilización como ventaja,take-downs,stand-ups

Hola Otra vez,

Aquí os dejo el de la Universidad de Lancaster.

Parece ser que todos coinciden en un programa de BBJ como base y luego han añadido Muay Thai y Boxeo. Es así en casí todas las escuelas. Aquí tradicionalmente no hay cinturones o niveles en MMA sólo Amatuer, semi-pro o Pro.
