Hola 3x:
En esta pagina tienes las reglas oficiales

http://www.starzworld.com/Pancrase.htm

La pega es que todo ello esta en perfecto ingles pero si lo traduces te puede servir.

el articulo 19 habla de lo que esta permitido etc:

Article 19. Attack and Defense Positions
1.- Start Position
At the beginning of the match or after the main referee calls 'Break', with a distance of at least 1.5m (4'11') between the competitors, in standing fighting pose, the main referee shall have the competitors start or resume the match by gesture and remark.
2.- Stand Position
Throwing techniques, clinching techniques, striking techniques, and any other attacks outlined in this rules may be performed.
3.- Ground Position
Any attack is possible in case the competitor does not violate the foul rule.
i.-when three (3) and over limbs, either knees or hands, touch the mat
ii.-when any of the back, abdomen, and hips touch the mat
iii.-when a Stand Position competitor is holding the Ground Position as stated above i) and ii), competitor by touching his torso, the Stand Position competitor is regarded as being in Ground Position.
