Como se puede ver en Seul es donde se cocía todo...
Sólo un apunte importante, la palabra KUK no significa Corea, significa literalmente NACIÓN, para denominar a corea se emplea la plabra HAN pero para que esta no se confunda con el nº 1 (Hana) se denomina HAN-KUK y literalmente significa NACION COREANA (para referirse al pais).
Recordar una famosa tienda de Barcelona HANKUK SPORTS "Deportes de Corea". Por eso para denominar Artes Marciales Coreanas debemos nombrar HANKUK-MOO-SUL o HANKUK-MOO-DO, de esta palabra nace el Arte Marcial del G.M. Hee Young Kim simplificandola en EE.UU. llamandolo con el mismo significado a su Arte "HANMUDO".
La palabra KUK-SUL significaria "Tecnicas de la Nación ó Técnicas Nacionales", pues Kuk es nación y Sul es técnica.
La palabra WON significa circulo entendible tambien como grupo u asociación por tanto a mi entender el nombre de KUK-SUL-WON significaria la Organización (unión, Asociación, grupo, erc) para las Técnicas Nacionales.
Es verdad CHOSON, es lo que pasa cuando leo en Inglés y mi mujer me dice NO! en inglés le das este sentido pero no significa esto . Cada dia hablo peor mis idiomas y entiendo menos . La palabra "CHA" 차significa-Té, coche, patea!, (está frio!) Lo tengo claro en Corea

Gorrion, estuve hablando con GM KIM DUK IN sobre la foto con MAS OYAMA. Me dijo piensalo KARATE con pateo cuando estás cayendo y Spinnig back kick ? Sonrió y dijo esas patadas son de hapkido y EL GM OYAMA lo incorporó al KYOKUSHIN! en este video te puedes fijar en los segundo 7;10;19;44 ....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EeDDiFQYTQ

hola SIETE,¿como estas?,efectivamente ,ya lo habia pensado,pero pensaba que provenian mas del taekkyon que del hkd.

Enhorabuena por este video me he quedado sorprendido, no esperaba ver esta patada en Karate Kyunkushinkai, yo si la conozco, es una técnica originaria del DJN Ji Han Jae y propia del programa nuestro de Sin Moo Hapkido.
Nosotros la tenemos como técnica especial Toksu Jok Sul y la denominamos Gechong Neryo Chagui, Gechong es tambien para algunos Hwaejon (significa rodando), esta técnica se puede realizar rodando como una caída tocando las manos, para golpear con el talón a la cabeza y tambien saltando y rodando como una caida sin manos, lo que duplica su potencia, aunque el aterrizaje es más arriesgado.
Doju-nim cuenta una anecdota sobre el desfio que tuvo en su Do-Chang de la Sung Moo Kwan cuando un famoso ganster le piso el tapiz y lo desafio, DJN decía:
<<Senti un rabia tremenda por dentro y sólo tenia en mi mente saltar rodando contra él para matarlo golpeandole la cabeza con mi pié, pero me serené y decidí actuar de otro forma>>.
Doju-nim se refería a esta técnica ya que esta anectoda la explico enseñando esta técnica aquí en España en un Seminario.
Pues si Rafael y Gorrión está visto que hay mas en el Hapkido de que se deja ver .

In the sixties it seems an over zealous student was visiting Japan and went to the headquarters of kyokoshinkai Mas Oyamas Dojo and being Korean he took this guy out for dinner and some beer ,Somehow oyama or his people had stated that Oyana was the best in all of Korea and Japan , seems this Hapkidoin would not buy into it. And Told him he lived in a fantasy world and if he ever came to Korea to visit Sung moo kwan and if he had the courage to show his face Ask for " JI" and repeat what has been said
Oyama was speechless this concerned some of his students several months later Oyama came to Korea on business or personal matters this part was unclear.
Word got out oyama had come to challenge Ji when Ji was told of this he simply stated bring him on, Oyama came to the dojang and watched them train it never became a challenge Oyama was nervous they had a big picture of the meeting and oyama took the Seniors out for drinks apologizing for his students actions trying to set up a challenge.
My Master was in the picture...
Master Myung Had the same picture and confirmed the story I had heard ten years earlier ,when I talked about it with master Ji. he wanted a copy of the picture.We could not take it out of the frame without destroying it I tried,
