-Compañero BFB, Sawai no karaketizó nada, más bien fue al contrario. Su visión del entrenamiento al contacto pleno y sin protecciones inspiró a Oyama y estilos tributarios del Kyokushin, desde el Ashihara Karate al Daido Juku. Otra cosa es que el Yi Quan que le enseñase el maestro Wang presentase ejem ciertas... "carencias". Pero hombre, plantéate que estamos hablando de un artista marcial chino enseñando EN TIEMPOS DE GUERRA a un INVASOR, a alguien de otra raza y además de la más odiada por los chinos. No niego que hubiera buen rollito entre ambos pero como mínimo es discutible que Wang se plantease enseñar a Sawai el arte completo.

Tú mismo has reconocido en tus post lo que he comentado, que el tokitsu-ryu tiene influencias del yiqan -acertadamente has matizado que en la forma de entrenar-, y también me has dado la razón en que la gente del entorno del tokitsu-ryu, por lo menos en este pais, es conocedora del mundo del yiqan y taikiken -ahí también has matizado que más bien es a título particular-. No creo haber proferido ninguna falsedad, apañero, y no me digas lo contrario que me fastidias porque valoro tu opinión y tus intervenciones.

loque yo no quería es que la gente interesada en yi quan se acerque al tokitsu ryu esperando encontrar "algo parecido" pq no lo va a tener fácil en ese sentido. Seguramente descubra algo que le gusta pero no va a ser yiquan.
Y atampoco quería que los practicantes de Yiquan piensen que hay alguien por ahí intentando "usurparles".
y también quería aclarar (asi resunmiendo mucho) tu frase de "cada vez está más influído" pq casi se puede decir que cada vez lo está menos.

No es cuestión de valentía, sino de pasta.Para los más valientes, cursos en Beijing:
Desconozco quien ese maestro Yao, ya que no sé mucho del Yi Quan, pero el precio de los cursos está regalado (para un occidental). El problema está a la hora de añadirle el billete de avión; ten por seguro que si me los regalaran, pasaría más tiempo en China que aquí.
